About the Workshop:
During the one-day workshop, women learn all about the concept of ‘surrender’ and unravel the myths around it. Throughout the course of the day, women learn new ways that directly contribute to happiness and intimacy in a marriage; from learning ways they could receive better, to looking after themselves more effectively. They explore ways they can express themselves more constructively and how to successfully get their needs met.

The workshop sheds light on how men feel around the topics of control and respect, aswell as helping women realise the significance of showing gratitude in a marriage. Although this workshop does not replace the in-depth investigation that the on-line Seminar provides, it is a perfect introduction into the principles of surrendering, and the ways to go about it.

Hello Surrendered Sisters!

I am your Surrendered Wife Trainer at Cherished and Successful, based in West London in the United Kingdom. By the generosity of God, I live with my wonderful husband of 12 years, three lively and caring boys: 6, 9 & 11 yrs, and my parents in-law... It's a full, messy and imperfect house, with no dangerous hotspots! (except the beaten wooden toy chest from IKEA...)

I found intimacy, peace and harmony in my own marriage by successfully applying the principles of surrendering, and now my aim is to teach women that they can have it all: inner peace, self-accomplishment, a thriving marriage, happy children, and a successful extended family! (Phew!) I do my bit for the world by running an online marriage magazine called Inspirity Surrenders. I also keep myself sane through the imperfect hustle and bustle with plenty of sleep, time to meditate, regular time out and contentment: powerful beyond measure.

Although I am not a counsellor or marriage therapist, I have been trained and certified by Laura Doyle to lead seminars and mentor women in Surrendering; and was also thoroughly trained in the Surrendering principles by Sarah Warmly - one of the first women to ever get training by Laura Doyle. Next stop? NLP practitioner, God Willing; watch this space....

Surrendered Wife courses have been running for the last 8 years, and there are trainers all over the world. The objective of the training is to improve and create intimacy within marriages.

The Surrendered Wife approach isn’t directed towards any particular religion and is applicable to ladies from all walks of life, and is intended for all religions. Women will find the seminar will suit them regardless of their background and faith.

Having said this, I myself am from the Islamic faith and tend to adopt a spiritual outlook to life - yet the teachings are universal and not necessarily intended to narrowly be marketed to only Christian or Muslim women, but all women who are looking to bring more intimacy into their marriage.
